Are you an experienced and motivated professional seeking a leadership role within a thriving motor group? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Bodyshop Manager to join a Warrington bodyshop.

Duties:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a small bodyshop team
  • Oversee workflow to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Manage customer and insurance company relationships effectively
  • Control estimates, costs, and maximise profitability
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Drive quality assurance and uphold customer satisfaction levels
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager / Controller or similar leadership role in a bodyshop environment
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and estimating procedures
  • Excellent team management and communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a professional approach to service delivery
  • Commercial acumen and ability to manage KPIs effectively
  • Experience liaising with insurers and accident management companies
  • Desirable: ATA/VDA accreditation, full UK driving licence with no more than six points, technical or engineering qualifications
