Roadside Technician opportunity in Central Birmingham
Our client, one of the UK's leading Mobile Vehicle Repair Services, is seeking a highly skilled Roadside Technician to join their team in the Central Birmingham area. Duties of a Roadside Technician :
- Deliver exceptional roadside vehicle repairs and diagnostics
- Provide technical advice and excellent customer service
- Conduct repairs efficiently and to the highest industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out
- Support the team with general service procedures
- Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times
- As a Roadside Technician engage in training programs, including electric vehicle maintenance
- Assist with ad-hoc repair tasks as required
Requirements of a Roadside Technician :
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in automotive repair
- Proven experience as a Mobile Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, with a focus on roadside assistance
- Valid full driving licence
- Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Flexibility to cover a 40-hour week, including 1 in 4 Saturdays
