Aftersales Quality Control Manager
  • Pay: £36k Basic + £10k OTE 
  • Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota

We are seeking a dedicated Aftersales Quality Control Manager to join a reputable dealership in Weybridge, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a premium brand, providing technical support and quality assurance across service, workshop, and warranty departments.

As the Aftersales Quality Control Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of repair quality, supporting technicians with technical guidance, and ensuring warranty compliance. Your expertise will help optimise workshop productivity, promote right-first-time repairs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of circa £46,000 per annum (including £36,000 basic salary plus £10,000 OTE)
  • Working hours are 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
  • Saturday mornings on a rotational basis (once every 6 weeks)

Duties:
  • Providing technical support and guidance to workshop technicians
  • Managing repair progression and system updates to ensure efficiency
  • Conducting thorough quality control checks on completed repairs
  • Gathering warranty evidence and ensuring warranty standards are met
  • Assisting with parts management to facilitate right-first-time repairs
  • Managing Service Quality tasks, including job and warranty preparation
  • Supervising workshop process adherence and process development
  • Handling customer pre-calls and technical discussions to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Vehicle Technician or Warranty Manager is highly preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of dealership systems and processes
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure
  • Demonstrable commitment to high-quality work and customer service
  • Relevant workshop or warranty management experience in a similar environment
