- Supportive management and ongoing training
- Oversee all vehicle storage operations, ensuring security, cleanliness, and accurate documentation at all times
- Manage and support a team of five staff members, including task allocation and performance monitoring
- Coordinate vehicle movements with logistics, service departments, and clients to ensure efficiency
- Maintain precise records of vehicle locations, conditions, and movements using management systems
- Conduct regular inspections, battery checks, tyre pressure maintenance, and fluid monitoring to uphold storage standards
- Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and clients regarding stored vehicles
- Develop and enforce operational procedures, compliance, and safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and storage capacity, managing invoicing and reporting on storage activities
- Support business operations during peak periods or special events
- Uphold confidentiality and security standards when handling high-value or rare vehicles
- Proven leadership experience with management of a team, ideally within a vehicle storage or similar environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Competent in using vehicle management or inventory systems
- Hands-on, proactive approach with keen attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence with a clean record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of high-value, classic, and performance vehicles is highly desirable
