Are you an experienced Level 2 Vehicle Technician seeking an exciting new opportunity in Chichester, West Sussex? Our client is currently looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join their busy dealership. Duties:
  • Carry out repairs and servicing to the highest standards and manufacturer specifications
  • Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic equipment with a systematic approach
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle technology and undertake relevant training
  • Ensure all work is completed observing safe working practices and adhering to quality standards
  • Liaise with colleagues and supervisors to meet repair deadlines and quality benchmarks
  • Complete electronic service documentation, warranties, and reports accurately
  • Conduct detailed vehicle health checks and produce reports or videos efficiently
  • Maintain workshop safety, housekeeping, and tool protocols
  • Participate in manufacturer training pathways, including hybrid and electric vehicle technologies
  • Assist in high-quality repairs and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
 Requirements:
  • Relevant NVQ or IMI Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification
  • Proficiency in numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
  • Enthusatic and energetic approach to work
  • Full valid UK driving licence
  • Smart appearance and professional attitude
  • Ideally experience in main dealer environments
  • Manufacturer training and certifications are desirable
