Service Advisor opportunity for Car Dealership in Kent 

Pay: Up to £32k Basic + £40K OTE + 
Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota  Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to join a highly reputable car dealership in Sidcup? Our client is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join their team and contribute to delivering outstanding customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work within a busy and customer-focused environment, offering a competitive salary and excellent earning potential.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary up to £32,000 per annum
  • Earn a total OTE of approximately £40,000 including bonuses
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Working hours from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
  • One in three Saturday mornings on a rota basis
  • Use of DMS systems including Drive and Kerridge
  • Opportunity to earn extra through upselling, service plans, and extended warranties
  • Chance to work within a well-established dealership with a supportive team
Duties:
  • Providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for service department customers
  • Managing service bookings and advising customers on additional work and services
  • Upselling extra services such as service plans and extended warranties
  • Generating customer satisfaction scores of £800 - £1,000 through quality customer interactions
  • Working closely with workshop and parts departments to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records on the dealership management system (DMS)
  • Building lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive sector
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to upsell and maximise customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of DMS systems such as Drive and Kerridge is advantageous
  • A confident and personable manner with a focus on delivering exceptional service
