Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 Basic DOE with uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £45,000 per annum

This Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester role offers a competitive basic salary along with uncapped commission, providing the potential to earn a realistic OTE of £45,000 per annum. Working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm with a one-hour lunch break, you will also take part in a one-in-four Saturday rota, with overtime available. - Maintaining accurate work records and documentation
- Keeping up to date with manufacturer training and technical updates
- Supporting the workshop team in achieving productivity and quality targets
- Level 3 qualified technician with relevant experience
- MOT testing certification (desirable but not essential)
- A proactive attitude and desire to learn and grow in your role
- Good organisational skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Clear communication skills and a professional manner
- A team player who enjoys working in a busy environment
- Ideally having an interest in electric vehicle training and development
