Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + £40,000 OTE with performance-based bonuses
Hours: Monday–Friday 08:30–17:30, Saturday mornings (08:30–13:00) on rota

- Ensuring vehicles meet safety and environmental standards before passing the MOT
- Maintaining accurate records of work carried out
- Providing excellent customer service by explaining MOT results and relevant repairs clearly
- Supporting the team with light servicing or additional automotive tasks as required
- Working efficiently to ensure all vehicles are serviced promptly and to high standards
- Valid MOT test licence is essential
- A clean driving licence is an advantage
- Experience working across multiple makes and models of cars and vans
- Proven background in fast fit or similar automotive environments
- Good customer service skills and team collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail under pressure
