Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a new opportunity in West Sussex? Our reputable client is looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join their busy team in Worthing.

This is a fantastic chance to become part of a dealership recognised for its excellent aftersales service, with strong manufacturer support and a driven, friendly team environment.

What's On Offer?
  • Competitive basic salary of £28,000 with an OTE of £37,600
  • Earnings potential of £700 to £800 per month via commission and bonuses
  • Hours: 08:30 - 17:30 - Mon - Fri - 30 mins, Saturday on Rota 1 in 3 or 1 in 5

Duties as a Service Advisor will include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive a seamless experience
  • Advising customers on vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance plans
  • Selling service plans, tyres, brakes, and other vehicle accessories
  • Managing work flow and liaising with technicians to ensure timely job completion
  • Keeping accurate records in Kerridge, CDK, RTC, and 1Link software systems
  • Contributing to achieving dealership targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
Requirements that the Service Advisor will need:
  • Ideally Previous experience in a Service Advisor role or a customer service background in the motor trade - However our client is open to non-motor trade backgrounds
  • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Organised and capable of managing multiple appointments efficiently
  • Knowledge of Kerridge, CDK, RTC, or 1Link software (desirable but not essential)
  • A friendly, approachable manner with a focus on delivering excellent customer care
