  • Position: Master Technician 
  • Location: Milton Keynes
  • Basic Salary: £45,600 + Bonus / Overtime 
  • OTE: £53,250
  • Working Hours: 45 hours per week
  • Weekends on a rota basis 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Master Technician to join a busy and well-established franchised dealership in Milton Keynes. This role would suit a highly skilled technician who enjoys complex diagnostics, fault finding and supporting other members of the workshop team.

Working within a modern aftersales environment, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high workshop standards while delivering accurate and efficient repairs across a wide range of vehicles.

Responsibilities as a Master Technician will include:
  • Carrying out advanced diagnostics, servicing and repair work
  • Completing mechanical and electrical repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Identifying and resolving complex vehicle faults efficiently
  • Supporting and mentoring other Technicians within the workshop
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
  • Maintaining accurate job records and following workshop processes
Requirements that the Master Technician will need:
  • Qualified Vehicle Technician to Level 3 or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Master Technician within a dealership environment
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
  • Confident working on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A team-focused approach with a positive attitude
