Service Advisor Required in Dartford for Car Dealership 
Pay: £33k Basic - £40k OTE 
Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota

Our client is currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their reputable Dartford dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in customer service and a good understanding of the automotive sector to thrive within a busy franchise environment.

Duties

  • Act as the primary contact for customers, welcoming them and ensuring a positive experience from booking through to vehicle collection
  • Manage customer appointments efficiently, providing accurate information regarding vehicle services, repairs, and maintenance plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication and follow-up
  • Complete necessary administrative tasks accurately, including updating vehicle records and processing relevant paperwork
  • Support customers with future vehicle needs and act as a trusted advisor in vehicle maintenance and service plans
  • Collaborate closely with the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
Candidate spec

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within the automotive industry or a related sector
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills
  • Confident in managing workload and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude under pressure
  • Proficiency in dealership management systems or similar software
  • A proactive team player committed to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards
