- Salary: Between £32-36,000 basic salary, pending experience, with £45,000+ on-target annual earnings, and a £125 uplift per month for MOT Testers.
- Hours: 40-hour week. 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday, with an hour lunch, and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm, paid as overtime.

Reporting to the Service Manager, and working part of a friendly team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work, supported by digital write-ups and job card completion.
- Conducting electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with our client's standards.
- Completing EV work (if qualified) and hydraulic repairs safely and efficiently, working in line with manufacturer standards.
- Using your expertise in diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve hard-to-find issues.
- If suitably qualified, assisting Apprentice Vehicle Technicians with development where needed
- If suitably qualified, supporting less skilled Vehicle Technicians in diagnosing all types of issues, guiding them to be highly efficient.
You will need to hold a UK driving license with minimal points, be a committed individual and be a good team player who has a "mentor mindset" where they're happy to share their knowledge and expertise with the rest of the workshop, when applicable.
You must be able to produce high-quality work in a busy franchise-approved dealership environment and be motivated to work towards targets set for your team.
An active MOT licence would be beneficial, but is non-essential.
