As a LCV Sales Executive, your key duties will include:
  • Guiding customers through a seamless purchase journey from initial greeting to vehicle handover
  • Prospecting new customers via telephone, events, and community engagement
  • Maintaining and growing a comprehensive enquiry database
  • Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and attending manufacturer-led training
  • Recommending suitable add-on products aligned with customer needs to maximise sales
  • Using enquiry management systems effectively for follow-up and tracking
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and generate referrals
  • Achieving sales targets through proactive customer engagement and strong relationship building
The ideal candidate for our LCV Sales Executive role will have:
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, with a proven ability to meet targets
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A valid UK driving licence
