Reporting to the Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Support and oversee the daily running of the Sales Department.
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving targets and maximising profitability.
- Manage and motivate the car sales team.
- Help close deals and ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure finance, compliance, and FCA procedures are followed.
- Monitor stock, pricing, and vehicle preparation processes.
