Performance Vehicle Technician Required – Haywards Heath, West Sussex

Salary: £35,000 to £55,000 – Depending on Experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:30PM

We are working with a renowned Vehicle Performance and Restoration Specialist based in the Haywards Heath area, who have built an outstanding reputation over the past 50 years, delivering a world class one stop shop and set up  to service local, national, and international clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Performance Vehicle Technician to join a talented and passionate team of automotive experts. The company is dedicated to the highest standards in diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and restoration across a wide range of performance and classic vehicles.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Servicing vehicles and conducting maintenance checks to manufacturer specifications

  • Diagnosing faults and identifying effective repair solutions

  • Carrying out mechanical repairs and component replacements

  • Communicating repair needs and time estimates with the service team

  • Maintaining detailed service and repair records

  • Testing systems post-repair to ensure quality and performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic

  • Experience with performance vehicles, classic car restoration, or motorsport engineering is highly desirable

  • A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to diagnosis and repair

  • A full and valid UK driving licence
