Our client one of the UKs leading accident repair groups with over 30 sites nationwide are currently seeking a Paint Sprayer for their brand-new Accident repair workshop in Rochester, Kent.
 
Our Client is part of one of the largest providers of accident & collision claim services in Europe with over 2,500 employees. They offer an unrivalled platform for training, development, and employee packages.
 
They are seeking a Panel Technician to join their team as their business expands. This a great opportunity to join a thriving part of the accident repair business. Our client offers a fully equipped workshop with regular updating of equipment.
 
They are well known for their quality of work within Kent & Hampshire and are seeking experienced Paint Sprayers for one of their brand-new state of the art site.

Duties of a Paint Sprayer with our Client:
  • Carrying out the preparation, priming and painting to agreed timescales.
  • Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in accordance Company specifications.
  • Adhering to health & safety procedures
  • Working as part of a small team with the ability to work on your own.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
What our client expects of their Paint Sprayers:
  • Previous Time-Served Paint Sprayer Experience – ideally 3 years +
  • ARC, Main Dealer and bodyshop experience
  • Preferably have a NVQ level 3 qualification
  • ATA Paint Spraying accreditation is beneficial.
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
  • You must also have your own tools & equipment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • A “can do” attitude and the ability to overcome problems.
