- Up to £56,000 basic (£24 per hour)
- £65,000+ OTE (Personal Efficiency bonus + Workshop bonus)
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm (some flexibility)
- Overtime available

Our client, a well-established Accident Repair Centre in Luton, is currently looking for an experienced and qualified MET Technician to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) work on allocated vehicles
- Dismantle and reassemble vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Carry out fault-finding, diagnostic checks, and repair work
- Fit new parts and ensure correct reassembly to manufacturer standards
- Carry out inspections and testing of completed work
- Identify additional faults or safety-related repair requirements
- Carry out road testing where required in a safe and legal manner
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety
- Proven experience as an MET Technician within an accident repair/bodyshop environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
- Good diagnostic and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced workshop
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential
- Competitive basic salary of up to £54,000 (£23 per hour)
- OTE £65,000+ through efficiency and workshop bonuses
- Monday to Friday working pattern (8am–5pm)
- Overtime available
- Ongoing training and development with ATA support
