About this Role Service Advisor role:

The Service Advisor position is one of the most important roles within the dealership, acting as the key link between customers and the workshop team. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the service journey, ensuring efficient vehicle bookings, clear communication, and outstanding levels of customer satisfaction.

The successful Service Advisor will be enthusiastic, organised, and an excellent communicator, with the ability to build strong customer relationships while promoting additional products and services.

  • Previous Service Advisor experience within a franchised/main dealer environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Professional and confident manner
  • Good IT skills
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills

  • Team player with a positive attitude

  • Customer Data Management
  • Accurately maintain customer and vehicle records
  • Ensure all information is recorded correctly within dealership systems
  • Help maximise the quality and effectiveness of the customer database
  • Customer Follow-Up
  • Proactively contact customers following service visits
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Address any concerns promptly and professionally
