An award-winning and highly respected automotive service centre is seeking a Service Advisor to join its friendly and professional front-of-house team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience from their first enquiry through to vehicle collection. Working closely with the service and administration teams, you'll be involved in a wide range of customer-focused and operational tasks that help keep the business running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing excellent customer service via telephone, email, text messaging, and face-to-face interactions
  • Processing jobs using the company's garage management system
  • Ordering vehicle parts and allocating them to relevant jobs
  • Managing parts returns and supplier communications
  • Accurate data entry and CRM management
  • Utilising modern AI-integrated systems and technology
  • Conducting customer follow-up calls and satisfaction checks
  • Assisting with the ongoing management and development of internal systems
  • Supporting the wider front-of-house team with day-to-day operations
  • Full training will be provided.
Requirements:
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Be confident using computer systems and technology
  • Demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude
  • Have previous customer service, administration, service advisor, or automotive experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Be eager to learn and develop within the business.
Details:
  • Full-Time – 5 Days Per Week
  • Monday to Friday: 8:15am – 5:45pm
  • No weekend working.
  • Up to £31,000 per year
  • Salary will be dependent on experience and suitability for the role.
