Are you an experienced Parts Advisor looking for a new challenge within a dedicated automotive team? Our client, a leading approved dealership in Bishop Stortford, is seeking a professional Parts Advisor to join their busy parts department. If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a solid background in automotive parts, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.

Duties:
  • Managing the parts desk efficiently for warranty, retail, and trade sales
  • Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email, and in person
  • Coordinating the distribution of parts to technicians
  • Managing stock control and processing returns
  • Utilising manufacturer parts catalogue systems for accurate ordering
  • Maintaining accurate administration records
  • Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
  • Ensuring all day-to-day departmental tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • At least 12 months' experience within an automotive Parts Department
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Sales-driven with a good understanding of business operations
  • Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently
  • Flexible approach to work schedules
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A team player with a professional attitude
