- Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email, and in person
- Coordinating the distribution of parts to technicians
- Managing stock control and processing returns
- Utilising manufacturer parts catalogue systems for accurate ordering
- Maintaining accurate administration records
- Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
- Ensuring all day-to-day departmental tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner
- At least 12 months' experience within an automotive Parts Department
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales-driven with a good understanding of business operations
- Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Flexible approach to work schedules
- Full UK driving licence
- A team player with a professional attitude
