- Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 (dependent on experience) + £400/month sustainable bonus

- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (paid at overtime rate)
We’re currently recruiting for a Vehicle Service Technician to join our experienced workshop team in Telford.

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing and repairs, with training and development provided to help you progress in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs across a wide range of vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults using modern diagnostic tools
- Conduct thorough safety checks and road tests to ensure all work meets required standards
- Liaise closely with the workshop and service teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Complete relevant documentation and service records accurately
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a technician in a workshop environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding abilities
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence required
- Level 2 qualification also considered with relevant hands-on experience
- Competitive salary between £32,000–£34,000 DOE
- Sustainable bonus of £400/month
