- Basic Salary: £36,000
- OTE £42,600
- Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm) with 1/4 Saturdays (8:00am – 1:00pm)
About this Painter Sprayer / Prepper Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Painter / Prepper to join a modern, high-performing automotive bodyshop. Working within a state-of-the-art repair facility, you'll be responsible for preparing vehicles to the highest standards while maintaining efficiency and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities as a Painter Sprayer / Prepper:
- Prepare vehicles for paint application to manufacturer standards.
- Carry out masking, sanding, priming and filler work as required.
- Ensure all work is completed within agreed timescales.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.
- Work effectively within a busy bodyshop team environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
Requirements for the Painter Sprayer / Prepper:
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper, Painter Prepper or Bodyshop Technician.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
Salary & Working Hours for the Paint Sprayer / Prepper
- Basic Salary: £36,000
- Bonus: Up to £6,600 per annum based on 100% efficiency
- OTE: £42,600
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Flexible start and finish times available
- 1 in 4 Saturdays: 8:00am – 1:00pm
