We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Administrator to join a prestigious car dealer group located in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to contribute to a well-established, privately owned Car Dealership. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department, providing vital support to the team and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

- Processing vehicle orders, registrations, tax documentation, stock movements, transfers, dealer swaps and handovers
- Confidently liaising with manufacturers, internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintaining precise records of vehicles, stock lists, demonstrator fleets and sales documentation across all systems
- Producing reports, conducting file audits and supporting profit checks and general administrative housekeeping
- Overseeing the purchase, stock management, funding and compliance for used vehicles
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations across new, used and corporate sales
- Previous experience in motor trade administration is essential, with a proven track record of at least two years
- Experience in sales administration preferred, though warranty or service administration background will also be considered
- Excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach to managing multiple tasks
- Confident communicator, capable of liaising effectively with colleagues, manufacturers and external partners
- Eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
- Positive attitude with the confidence to work calmly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with systems such as Kerridge is advantageous
- A team player with integrity, accountability and a proactive approach
