We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable franchised main dealership in Worthing, West Sussex, for a dedicated Vehicle Technician. This role offers a fantastic work-life balance with a 4-day working week, alongside excellent earning potential and career development opportunities. Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join their team and uphold their high standards of service.

Duties:
  • Carrying out servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on a variety of vehicles
  • Ensuring high standards of work quality and customer satisfaction
  • Using diagnostic equipment to identify faults and carry out repairs efficiently
  • Maintaining detailed records of work carried out
  • Adhering to health and safety standards and dealership policies
  • Working collaboratively with the team to meet dealership targets
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Vehicle Technician or Semi Skilled Technician within a franchised dealership or independent garage
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
  • MOT licence is preferred but not essential for all roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently both individually and as part of a team
