Parts Sales Advisor Required in Guildford 
Pay: £32,000 + £36,200 
Hours: : 8:00am – 18:00pm. Saturdays are on a rota basis (1 in 3 8am-1pm) and are inclusive of salary.

Are you an experienced Parts Advisor seeking a rewarding opportunity in Guildford? Our client, a well-established provider of high-quality Genuine Parts, is currently looking for a dedicated Parts Advisor to join their team. This role offers an excellent chance to develop your career within a reputable automotive organisation that values its staff and promotes personal growth.

Benefits

  • Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum plus OTE of £36,000
  • Incentive bonuses based on performance
  • Working hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Rotating Saturday shifts on a 1 in 3 basis, 8:00am to 1:00pm, inclusive of salary
  • 22 days holiday per year plus birthday entitlement

Duties

  • Provide expert advice and outstanding customer service to both trade and retail customers
  • Accurately identify parts and recommend suitable solutions to meet customer needs
  • Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries efficiently while achieving KPIs
  • Process orders and transactions accurately, maintaining detailed records
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends
  • Support the team with stock management and administrative tasks
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, Bodyshop Parts Advisor, or Parts Administrator within a motor trade environment
  • Strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and work effectively within a team
  • Good organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • IT literate, with experience using dealership management systems and MS Office
  • Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to progress within the sector
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
