Our client, a well-known franchised commercial vehicle group, is seeking a Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive in the Eastbourne area. They provide a stable and secure working environment, backed by a strong reputation within the local community. Their impressive working hours and attractive on-target earnings enable a healthy work/life balance, making this a sought-after role for ambitious sales professionals.

Benefits:
  • Highly competitive basic salary of £15,000
  • On target earnings of £40,000 to £50,000 or more
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • One in three Saturday mornings, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
  • No Sundays required

Duties:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual commercial vehicle sales targets
  • Maximise profitability through the sale of vehicles, warranty, insurance, and finance products
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to build loyalty and repeat business
  • Present and explain product options, accessories, and warranty cover to customers
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of vehicles, features, and finance options
  • Follow up on sales leads and actively prospect potential customers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in automotive sales, ideally within a commercial vehicle or car dealership
  • Solid sales record with achievement of sales targets
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Organisation and planning skills to manage customer appointments effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK
  • No recent job hoppers or Sales Executives seeking to leave a main dealer within six months unless genuinely committed to a career move
