Service Advisor Required for Family Run Car Garage in Aldershot
  • Pay: £30,000 - £36,000 Basic + Bonus 
  • Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday - no weekends! 
  We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable family-run car garage in Aldershot. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Service Advisor looking to advance their career within a friendly and professional environment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £36,000 per annum
  • On-target earnings of up to £40,000 with bonuses
  • No weekend work, Monday to Friday hours from 8am to 6pm
  • Opportunity to work within a well-established family run car garage
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
Duties:
  • Managing customer appointments and handling service enquiries efficiently
  • Advising customers on vehicle maintenance and repair options
  • Up-selling and selling service plans and additional work where appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer service histories
  • Liaising effectively between technicians and customers to ensure smooth communication
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
  • Experience working with fleet customers and familiarity with fleet portals such as 1Link is advantageous
  • Knowledge of garage management systems like Garage Hive GMS is a plus
  • Strong communication, organisational and customer service skills
  • Professional attitude and ability to work well within a team
