Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday + breaks no weekends! 

Vehicle Technician Needed in Aldershot, Hampshire – Join a Family-Run Workshop

We are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established, family-run workshop in Aldershot. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled motor trade professional to work in a supportive environment with excellent career development prospects. The successful Vehicle Technician will benefit from a competitive salary package and a Monday to Friday working week with no weekends.

Duties

  • Servicing and repairing a wide range of vehicles to high standards
  • Conducting diagnostics using modern equipment
  • Performing MOT tests (if qualified)
  • Maintaining accurate work records
  • Ensuring workshop health and safety standards are followed
  • Assisting with the training and mentoring of junior staff as required
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Master Technician
  • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • MOT licence (desired but not essential)
  • Good diagnostic skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team
