Service Advisor Required in Epsom for Car Dealership!

Pay: £30 - £32k Basic + £12k Per Month Bonus 
Hours: 8 - 600pm Monday - Friday only - no Saturdays! 

Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a new opportunity within a well-established dealership? Our client, one of the leading Dealer Groups in the UK, is recruiting for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their team in Epsom. This role offers a fantastic chance to develop your career within a busy, modern environment backed by excellent benefits.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £30,000 to £32,000 per annum
  • Potential earnings of up to £44,000 with bonus structures
  • Uncapped Monthly bonus of around £1,000 based on performance
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off
  • No weekend work, Monday to Friday hours from 8 am to 6 pm with an hour lunch
  • Air-conditioned workshop providing a comfortable working environment
  • Opportunities for progression within a large dealership network
Duties:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and ensuring a positive experience
  • Advising customers on servicing and repairs, including service plans and extended warranties
  • Managing customer bookings and workshop flow efficiently
  • Upselling relevant products such as services and warranties
  • Maintaining accurate records using Keyloop / RTC systems
  • Achieving targets related to service plans and profitability
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Service Administrator within the motor trade
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of automotive repair processes and dealership operations
  • Ability to work confidently with dealership management systems such as Keyloop / RTC
  • Organised and professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
