- Carry out preparation and spray painting operations in accordance with the manufacturer’s methods, utilising spray booths effectively
- Maintain and clean spray guns to ensure optimal performance
- Operate spray booths, ensuring correct pressure and temperature settings are maintained
- Adhere to all safety precautions, especially regarding fuel and engine removal procedures
- Ensure all air intakes are unobstructed and filters are replaced as needed to meet negative pressure standards
- Wear appropriate PPE including gloves, eye protection, and air-fed breathing apparatus when mixing and spraying paint
- Dispose of all waste materials correctly and in compliance with safety regulations
- Proven experience as a Paint Technician, ideally with IMI or ATA qualifications and solid bodyshop experience
- Strong work ethic with a focus on quality and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent team player with a proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
- Valid Paint Sprayer skills and knowledge are essential for this role
