We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator / VDA to join a well-established Accident Repair Centre located near Burgess Hill, Sussex. Duties

  • Carrying out precise vehicle damage assessments and estimates
  • Using Audatex estimating system with confidence and accuracy
  • Upselling where appropriate to maximise repair profitability
  • Completing work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Providing exceptional customer service and representing the company professionally
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Estimator / VDA in an accident repair centre or dealership setting
  • Full proficiency with the Audatex estimating system
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • Relevant qualifications as an Estimator / VDA are advantageous but not mandatory, experience is key
  • Motivated and eager to develop further within the role
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering quality work
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working independently and within a team
