Pay: £20k Basic + £55k Realistic Uncapped OTE 
Hours: 5 Day working week with 1 in 3 Sundays on a rota 

We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive for a well-established dealership in Croydon.

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:
  • Deliver excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers
  • Manage and process sales paperwork efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Keep up to date with the latest vehicle specifications and promotions
Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:
  • Proven experience in car sales within a main dealer or independent dealership
  • No more than three years since the last automotive sales role
  • Strong track record with recent sales figures and product knowledge
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good understanding of the sales process and customer handling
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including every Saturday and one in three Sundays
