Duties
  • Conduct comprehensive body repairs from initial assessment through to completion
  • Carry out paint finishes with attention to detail and quality standards
  • Repair and refurbish vehicles ensuring work complies with manufacturer specifications
  • Diagnose and rectify bodywork and paint defects effectively
  • Work efficiently to meet productivity targets whilst maintaining high standards of repair
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction
Candidate spec
  • Proven experience as a bodyshop technician, with multi-skilled capabilities
  • Expertise in panel beating, paint spraying, and body repair techniques
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks from start to finish
  • Strong understanding of vehicle repair standards and safety regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship
  • Valid automotive qualification or relevant experience in the motor trade
