  • Plus Bonus (£42K OTE)
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30, Saturdays 08:00-17:00 on a Rota basis.

Are you an experienced automotive professional seeking a dynamic leadership role within the motor trade? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable organisation for a Centre Manager to oversee operations at their busy Warrington site. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Duties:
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the fast fit centre to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage a team of technicians and customer service staff to maintain high standards of work and customer satisfaction
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and operating budgets
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally
  • Manage all stock and ordering requirements to ensure workshop efficiency
  • Drive local marketing and PR initiatives to enhance the centre’s profile within the community
  • Contribute to staff training and development to foster a motivated and skilled team
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety standards and MOT testing requirements when qualified
Requirements: 
  • Minimum 2 years’ management experience within the automotive industry
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a small team
  • Strong customer relations skills with a track record of exceeding customer service standards
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in fast fit repairs, MOT testing, or vehicle servicing is highly desirable
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to achieving business growth
