- Proven experience as a Classic Car Restorer or Automotive Engineer, with hands-on skills in dismantling and reassembling vintage vehicles
- Strong understanding of automotive engineering principles, especially related to reinforcement and repair of classic car components
- Exceptional attention to detail and delicate working approach
- Enthusiasm for classic cars and automotive history
- Relevant vocational or engineering qualifications in automotive technology or related fields
- Experience working on post-war vehicles from the pre-1980s era is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively as part of a small team and meet project deadlines
