Vehicle Service Advisor Opportunity in Cardiff
  • Salary: Between £28,800-£32,500 per annum. OTE between £34,000-38,000 per annum pending labour targets being achieved. 
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30am-1:00pm paid at time and a half.

A not-to-miss opportunity for an experienced and professional Service Advisor has become available for our client's franchise-approved car dealership in Cardiff. 

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will work alongside 4 Service Advisors. You will be responsible for managing workloads and customer deadlines by allocating tasks and ensuring our client's customers receive the best experience. As well as this, you will greet customers in the Service Department, extensively liaise with the workshop to chase work in progress, keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle, and upsell additional products and services where possible.

The successful individual would ideally be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills resulting in total customer satisfaction. Strong organisational skills along with IT literacy (any experience with Kerridge/ADP preferable) would be of high priority. Recent or current experience as a Service Advisor is essential for our client at this stage. A UK driving licence with minimal points is, however, essential.
