A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a New Car Sales Manager at our client's multi-franchise approved car dealership in Gloucester.

Reporting to the senior management team and responsible for a dedicated team of four New Car Sales Executives and a Business Manager, your key job objectives will include:
  • Leading, coaching, and supporting the sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Championing outstanding customer satisfaction by ensuring best practices are followed and customer feedback is valued.
  • Creating and delivering engaging sales events and campaigns that generate strong commercial results.
  • Staying in tune with customer needs and market trends to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Collaborating with other departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data.
To be eligible, previous experience at a Sales Manager level in a small to medium-sized franchise-approved car dealership will be an advantage, but our clients are also looking for dynamic, proven Sales Executives or Business Managers who are looking for the next step in their career. You will become the role model for our client's brand, where the ability to lead by example will be as important as the results you deliver. Delighting customers is what sets our client apart, and being prepared to lead from the front is a key requirement. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.   • Starting basic salary of £40,000 per annum, pending experience.
  • Uncapped and realistic on-target-earnings of £60,000+ per annum based on departmental performance.

  • No Sundays are required except during March and September. Sunday working hours are 10:00am-4:00pm.
