Our client, a family-run Dealership in Galashiels, is currently seeking a dedicated Automotive Receptionist to join their professional team. Duties as an Automotive Receptionist:
  • Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries efficiently
  • Book and manage service appointments
  • Update customer records accurately and maintain documentation
  • Liaise with the workshop and technical team to ensure smooth workflow
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the service journey
  • Support in other areas of the company when required, especially within the service and parts department. 
Requirements of this Automotive Receptionist:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the motor trade or similar industry.
