Salary: £45,800 basic | £50,000+ OTE (uncapped bonus)
Hours: Monday – Friday 12:00pm – 9:00pm (40 hours per week)
About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced MET Technician to join a busy and well-established Accident Repair Centre in Ilkeston. This is a modern, high-volume workshop offering excellent earning potential through an uncapped bonus scheme and consistent workflow.
You'll be joining a skilled, supportive team working on a wide range of insurance, OEM-approved, prestige, fleet, LCV, hybrid and EV repairs. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role within one of the UK's leading accident repair groups.

- Carry out mechanical, electrical, trim, and body component removal and refitting
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults where required
- Complete repairs in line with manufacturer and insurer standards
- Work efficiently to meet repair targets and timescales
- Carry out quality checks prior to vehicle completion
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Work closely with Panel and Paint Technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Previous experience as an MET Technician is essential
- Qualified to NVQ, IMI, ATA or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bodyshop environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Full UK Driving Licence required
