  • Salary: £32,000 basic | £42,000 OTE
  • Working Hours: 45 hours per week | Monday to Friday + Saturday mornings on a rota
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and customer-focused Warranty Administrator / Service Advisor to join a busy main dealership in Nottingham. This varied role combines warranty administration with front-of-house service advising, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative accuracy and delivering exceptional customer service.

Working closely with customers, technicians, and the manufacturer, you'll ensure warranty claims are processed efficiently while providing a seamless aftersales experience from vehicle booking through to collection.

What you'll be doing:
  • Process warranty claims accurately and in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Manage warranty submissions, monitor claim progress, and resolve discrepancies
  • Welcome customers and manage the service journey from booking through to vehicle collection
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and explain completed work
  • Prepare job cards, invoices, and supporting documentation
  • Liaise closely with workshop technicians to ensure efficient workflow
  • Promote service plans and additional aftersales products where appropriate
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with dealership procedures
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator, Service Advisor, or in a similar automotive aftersales role
  • Knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident IT user (Kerridge experience advantageous but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy dealership environment
  • Positive team player with a proactive approach
