Join a well-established and reputable workshop as a Warranty Administrator at our client's busy dealership in Hastings, East Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, supporting the service department with warranty claims and administration. Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator, with the option for full or part-time hours and hybrid working arrangements depending on your preferences.

Duties of the Warranty Administrator role include:
  • Managing warranty claims and processing paperwork efficiently
  • Ensuring all warranty submissions are complete and accurate
  • Liaising with manufacturers to resolve warranty issues
  • Maintaining accurate warranty records and documentation
  • Supporting the service team with additional administrative tasks as required
  • Ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures
Requirements for the Warranty Administrator role:
  • Previous experience in warranty administration or similar role within the motor trade
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of warranty procedures and manufacturer guidelines is desirable
  • Flexibility to work full or part time – hybrid working experience is advantageous
