Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday + 1 hour lunch break
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and willing to learn to be a Automotive Bodyshop Technician to join their busy workshop in Weybridge. If you have an interest in crash repair / accident repair and wish to learn new or improve current skills, this job opportunity will be for you!

Duties
• Carry out metal repairs, dent removal, and preparation work on vehicles
• Operate as part of a small team handling MET, polishing, and general bodyshop tasks
• Assist with light painting and prep work where needed, with opportunity to develop painting skills
• Ensure repairs are completed to high standards, first time fix and low rework levels
• Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
• Contribute to team efforts to strengthen insurer relationships and uphold quality standards
Requirements
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with vehicles and a keen interest in bodyshop work
• Willingness to learn and develop across multiple repair disciplines
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
• Good attitude towards instruction, teamwork, and taking ownership of tasks
• Previous experience in a bodyshop environment is preferred but not essential
• Painting experience is a bonus but not mandatory
• Relevant industry training, including EV and ADAS courses, is advantageous
