Are you an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor looking for an exciting opportunity to join a well-established accident repair centre in Dunfermline? Our client is seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to become an integral part of their friendly and professional team. Duties:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage using the Audatex system
  • Produce accurate repair cost estimates with precision and attention to detail
  • Effectively liaise with customers, insurance companies, and repair technicians to ensure smooth communication
  • Identify hidden damages and make informed recommendations for repairs
  • Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations
  • Source parts and materials, negotiating prices and delivery timelines as needed
  • Document assessment findings and maintain clear records of all correspondence
  • Keep up to date with all latest repair methodologies and industry best practices
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any disputes professionally
Requirements as a Vehicle Damage Assessor:
  • Previous experience working in a similar Vehicle Damage Assessor role
  • Experience with Audatex software is essential
  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 and an ATA / IMI qualification, with a solid bodyshop background
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence is required
