We are currently recruiting for a highly experienced Car Sales Manager to join a reputable dealership in Lowestoft, Suffolk. The ideal individual will have a proven track record in managing sales teams within the motor trade and possess strong leadership skills to drive performance and achieve targets.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum
  • OTE up to £60,000 with bonus structures
  • Company car included
  • 5 day week - Monday to Saturday working week with one day off during the week

Duties:
  • Lead and motivate a team of four Sales Executives to maximise sales and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet dealership targets
  • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a high standard of customer service
  • Manage daily sales activities and ensure team compliance with company policies
  • Monitor and analyse team performance, providing coaching and support where needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Car Sales Manager within the motor trade is essential
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Suffolk market is advantageous
  • Drive and enthusiasm to succeed in a competitive environment
