Our client one of the UKs leading accident repair groups with over 14 sites nationwide are currently seeking a Panel Beater for their Flagship Accident repair workshop in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. Our Client is part of one of the largest providers of accident & collision claim services in Europe with over 2,500 employees. They offer an unrivalled platform for training, development, and employee packages.
 
They are seeking a Panel Technician to join their team as their business expands. This a great opportunity to join a thriving part of the accident repair business. Our client offers a fully equipped workshop with regular updating of equipment. They are well known for their quality of work within Chichester, Portsmouth, West Sussex & Hampshire, and are seeking experienced Panel Beaters for one of their flagship’s sites.

Duties of a Panel Beater with our Client:
  • Undertake the replacement and repair of damaged or compromised bodywork panels
  • Complete chassis and framework repairs
  • Accurately assess vehicle damage and apply appropriate methods to produce a high quality repair
  • Conduct bumper and door repair works as required
  • Ensure all panel beating/repair works meet internal and third parts quality standards
  • Work as part of a team to ensure bodyshop operations run efficiently and safely
What our client expects of their Panel Beaters:
  • Previous Time-Served Panel Beating Experience 
  • ARC, Main Dealer and bodyshop experience
  • Preferably have a NVQ level 3 qualification
  • ATA Panel Beating accreditation is beneficial.
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
  • You must also have your own tools & equipment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • A “can do” attitude and the ability to overcome problems
