Responsibilities of a Parts Advisor with our client:
- Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team and workshop to ensure excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Parts in and parts out.
- Parts warehousing and dispatch.
- Help in other areas of the business when required, and be prepared to go the extra mile for the company and your colleagues.
- Proven experience in automotive parts advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Warehouse experience would be a bonus.
- You must be able to lift 30kg safely, and be able to be working on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
