We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated Fast Fit Centre Manager to join a reputable automotive network in Portsmouth, Hampshire. Duties: 
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence
  • Maximise workshop productivity and achieve profit targets
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service
  • Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, including staff management and health & safety compliance
  • Promote the company brand and foster relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Manage stock security and control, ensure efficient workshop workflow and adherence to company procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an automotive management role, ideally within a fast fit or autocentre environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to drive sales and meet financial targets
  • Knowledge of automotive servicing and repairs, with a focus on delivering premium customer experience
  • 48 Hours per week, including Saturdays
