Are you an experienced automotive technician looking to elevate your career? We are currently recruiting for a PDI Technician on behalf of our respected client in Edinburgh and Midlothian. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional team committed to delivering first-class vehicle inspections and customer service.

  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Duties of this PDI Technician position:
  • Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections on new and used vehicles to ensure high standards
  • Diagnose vehicle issues accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure the safe, economical, and effective servicing and repairs of vehicles
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate repair and service records and complete all paperwork to a high standard
  • Represent the workshop professionally and build effective relationships with colleagues and customers
Requirements:
  • At least an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to carry out vehicle inspections and diagnostics
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Happy to undertake manufacturer-specific training programmes
  • Full UK driving licence
