We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer to join a well-established independent bodyshop located in Feltham, Greater London. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to advance their career within a supportive and dynamic work environment. The successful Paint Sprayer will play a vital role in ensuring that vehicle repairs are completed to the highest standards, delivering outstanding finishes on a range of light and heavy commercial vehicles.

Duties:
  • Prepare vehicle panels and surfaces for painting
  • Mix and colour-match paints to manufacturer specifications
  • Apply primers, basecoats, and clearcoats using modern spray painting techniques
  • Carry out blending and refinishing work to achieve high-quality finishes
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company and manufacturer standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure efficient workflow
  • Ensure all repairs comply with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, ideally within a commercial vehicle or accident repair environment
  • Strong paint preparation, colour-matching, and refinishing skills
  • Knowledge of modern paint systems and application techniques
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering top-tier workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
