- Basic salary starting at £27,500 with an achievable bonus and commission scheme
- OTE (On-Target Earnings) reaching approximately £31,500
- Weekday working hours on a rota, with Saturdays on a 1 in 4 rota basis

- Advise customers on service and repair requirements and upsell where appropriate
- Plan and schedule service appointments while managing customer expectations

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided
- Promote dealership services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership sales
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or other roles in the motor trade
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets
- Full UK driving licence
